The surveys below take approximately 5–10 minutes each to complete. Participation is voluntary.
Please do not include names, contact details, medical information or other identifying information in your free-text responses. Responses will be used only for project planning and programme development and will be reported only in aggregate or as anonymised themes.

Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the applicable ethical and data-governance requirements of York St John University and Vellore Institute of Technology.
